Refund policy


1.  Refunds are acceptable within a period of 14 days from  purchase date 

2.  All Credit/Debit Card refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment 

3.  Please note that it may take up to 15 working days to process your refund 

4.   The product must be in its original packaging. Goods found to be misused, stained, damaged, etc... will not be processed for refund

Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage of product during the delivery process then the Service and delivery charges are fully refundable. 

EXCHANGE

·  Exchanges are acceptable within a period of 14 days from purchase date


·  The product must be in its original packaging and the receipt intact

·  Please note that only ONE TIME EXCHANGE of product is allowed within 14 days of purchase


Steps of an exchange request:

1.  We will send you a courier in 48 hours to receive the item.

2.  The replaced item/s will be sent to you in 2-3 working days.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

Step 1: Make sure you have read the refund & exchange policy.

•   Is the product in its original condition?

•   Do you have the original receipt?

•   Are you making the claim within the given time period? Please double check if you meet the requirements.
